Tarrant Regional Water, Texas, preps $160.12 million bond offering

New York, Jan. 26 – The Tarrant Regional Water District of Texas is set to price $160,115,000 of series 2015 water revenue refunding bonds, according to a preliminary official statement.

The bonds (/AAA/AA+) will be sold on a negotiated basis with Citigroup Global Markets Inc. as the senior manager. The co-managers are J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Ramirez & Co. Inc. and RBC Capital Markets LLC.

The bonds are due 2016 to 2029.

Proceeds will be used to refund the district’s series 2006 water revenue bonds.
