New Issue: Argentina's Tarjetas Cuyanas sells ARS 150 million of class VII notes

Pittsburgh, Jan. 23 - Tarjetas Cuyanas SA sold ARS 106.13 million of class VII series I notes due Oct. 19, 2012 and ARS 43.87 million of class VII series II notes due July 24, 2013 at par under its $120 million global notes program, according to a news release.

The series I notes will accrue interest at the reference rate plus 219 basis points and the series II notes at the reference rate plus 280 bps.

Fitch Argentina Calificadora de Riesgo SA has rated the series I notes A1(arg) and the series II notes AA-(arg).

Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires SA and Banco Patagonia SA are the agents.

Tarjetas Cuyanas is a Mendoza, Argentina-based credit card operator.
