The company said the series I and series II notes issuance amounts could be more or less than the scheduled amounts, but the total issuance amount of class V notes will not exceed Ps. 100 million.

The series I notes have been rated A1(arg) by Fitch Argentina Calificadora de Riesgo SA, and the series II notes were rated AA-(arg) by Fitch Argentina.

Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires SA and Banco Itau Argentina SA are the agents.

Tarjetas Cuyanas is an Argentina-based credit card operator.
