Argentina's Tarjetas Cuyanas to offer $20 million series XX notes

Pittsburgh, Nov. 23 - Tarjetas Cuyanas SA is offering up to $20 million of series XX 366-day discount notes under its $80 million global notes program, according to a company news release.

The placement agent is Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires SA.

The subscription period will run from Nov. 24 to Nov. 30.

The maximum price will be 93.88.

There will be no interest, according to the release.

Fitch Argentina Calificadora de Riesgo SA has rated the issuance A-(arg).

Tarjetas Cuyanas is an Argentina-based credit card operator.
