Argentina's Tarjetas Cuyanas board OKs $80 million debenture issuance

Pittsburgh, Sept. 29 - Tarjetas Cuyanas SA's board of directors has approved the issuance of $80 million of debentures under its global debenture program, according to a company news release.

Tarjetas Cuyanas is an Argentina-based credit card operator.
