New Issue: Tarjetas Cuyanas sells $11.52 million 14% series XIX notes

Pittsburgh, Nov. 26 - Tarjetas Cuyanas SA announced the results Wednesday of its series XIX notes offering.

The company priced $11.52 million of series XIX 14% notes at par. The notes will mature in November 2009.

The series XIX notes are part of Tarjetas Cuyanas' $80 million global notes program.

As previously reported, proceeds of the issuance will be used to refinance debt or for working capital.

Tarjetas Cuyanas is an Argentina-based credit card operator.
