Targa Resources Partners files $300 million shelf for units, debt

Madison, Wis., July 6 - Targa Resources Partners LP and Targa Resources Partners Finance Corp. filed a $300 million shelf registration in an S-3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The registration covers common units and debt securities, which may be convertible.

The Houston-based natural gas company will use proceeds for general partnership purposes, which include the repayment of debt.
