Targa Resources files common units, debt securities automatic shelf registration

Knoxville, Tenn., May 30 - Targa Resources Partners LP and Targa Resources Partners Finance Corp. jointly filed a common units and debt securities automatic shelf registration in an S-3-ASR filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Proceeds will be used for general partnership purposes.

Targa Resources is a Houston-based provider of midstream natural gas and natural gas liquids services.
