Knoxville, Tenn., Oct. 27 - Tanzanian Royalty Exploration Corp. said it has settled a C$1 million private placement of shares.

James E. Sinclair bought 306,749 shares at C$3.26 apiece.

Tanzanian Royalty is a gold exploration company based in South Surrey, B.C.
