New York, Feb. 23 - Tan Range Exploration Corp. said it has settled the seventh tranche of a private placement for C$1,438,903, bringing the total proceeds to C$8,838,903.
In the most recent tranche, the company sold 183,440 shares at C$7.844 each to its chief executive officer James Sinclair.
So far, Sinclair has purchased C$8,838,903 in the company's stock.
In 2004, Sinclair invested between C$1.5 million and C$3 million through 24 tranches of a private placement for Tan Range.
The proceeds will be used for exploration on the company's mineral properties in Tanzania.
Based in Vancouver, B.C., Tan Range is a gold exploration company.
