Moody's gives underlying Aa3 to Tampa, Fla., airport bonds

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned an Aa3 underlying rating to $205.26 million of revenue and revenue refunding bonds, series 2008A, B, C and D, from Hillsborough County Aviation Authority, Fla., which manages the Tampa International Airport.

The issue includes $137.635 million of series A, $17.27 million of series B, $34.28 million of series 2008C and $11.075 million of series 2008D.

The outlook is stable.

Moody's also said it affirmed the underlying Aa3 rating on the authority's $569.9 million of outstanding parity debt.
