Non-brokered offering will finance general working capital purposes

Knoxville, Tenn., March 9 - Takara Resources Inc. said it will conduct a C$1 million non-brokered private placement of units.
The company will sell units of one common share and one warrant at C$0.05 per unit.
Each warrant is exercisable at C$0.10 for two years. The strike price is an 81.82% premium to the March 8 closing share price of C$0.055.
Proceeds will be used for general working capital purposes.
Based in Toronto, Takara is a gold explorer.
