S&P rates TSMC notes AA-
S&P said it rated the upcoming notes to be sold by TSMC Global Ltd., a fully owned subsidiary of Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. Ltd., AA-.
The parent, rated AA-, will guarantee the notes.
The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
The outlook is stable.
