TaipeiBank to sell NT$20 billion bonds

New York, April 21 - TaipeiBank said its plans to issue NT$20 billion of bonds this year denominated in either New Taiwan dollars or U.S. dollars.

The offering was announced after approval by the company's board of directors.

The securities will have a maturity of at least two years.

TaipeiBank is a Taipei, Taiwan, bank.
