S&P reviews AWAS Aviation

S&P said it placed all ratings on AWAS Aviation Capital Ltd., including the BB corporate credit rating, on CreditWatch with developing implications.

"The CreditWatch placement follows DAE's announcement that it has agreed to acquire AWAS Aviation Capital Ltd," S&P credit analyst Betsy Snyder said in a news release.

The company did not disclose any details about the deal.

The transaction, which Dubai Aerospace Enterprise Ltd. expects to close in the third quarter of 2017, is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
