Syratech DIP extended to June 30

Pittsburgh, June 3 - Syratech Corp. obtained an extension to its debtor-in-possession financing, according to a Thursday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts.

A hearing will be held on June 30 to decide whether to further extend the financing.

Syratech, an East Boston, Mass.-based maker of flatware and other tabletop products, filed for bankruptcy on Feb. 15. Its Chapter 11 case number is 05-11062.
