Syntel repays, terminates credit agreement with Bank of America

Olympia, Wash., Oct. 9 – Syntel, Inc. repaid in full all outstanding amounts under its credit agreement with Bank of America, NA as administrative agent and terminated the facility on Tuesday.

The repayment was made in connection with the roughly $3.43 billion acquisition of the company by Atos SE, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Syntel is a Troy, Mich.-based provider of information technology and knowledge process outsourcing.
