Precidian plans unit investment trusts linked to stocks, currencies

Tacoma, Wash., Oct. 10 – Precidian ADRs LLC is the sponsor for 12 new unit investment trusts, according to S-6 filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Each trust is a unit investment trust that consists of a foreign stock and a currency hedging contract. The investment objective is to provide investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance of the stock hedged against fluctuations in the exchange rate between the dollar and the applicable currency.

Distributions will be generally made quarterly if the dividends that accumulate on the portfolio securities and other income, if any, received by the trust exceed trust fees and expenses.

The ADRPlus Funds Trust, Series 1 is linked to the American Depositary Receipts of Toyota Motor Corp. and the Japanese yen.

The ADRPlus Funds Trust, Series 2 is linked to the American Depositary Shares of Total SA and the euro.

The ADRPlus Funds Trust, Series 3 is linked to the ADSs of Syngenta AG and the Swiss franc.

The ADRPlus Funds Trust, Series 4 is linked to the ADRs of America Movil SAB de CV and the Mexican peso.

The ADRPlus Funds Trust, Series 5 is linked to the ADSs of GlaxoSmithKline and the British pound sterling.

The ADRPlus Funds Trust, Series 6 is linked to the ADSs of Westpac Banking Corp. and the Australian dollar.

The ADRPlus Funds Trust, Series 7 is linked to the series A ADSs of Royal Dutch Shell and the euro.

The ADRPlus Funds Trust, Series 8 is linked to the series B ADSs Royal Dutch Shell and the euro.

The ADRPlus Funds Trust, Series 9 is linked to the ordinary shares of UBS AG and the Swiss franc.

The ADRPlus Funds Trust, Series 10 is linked to the ADSs of Anheuser Busch Inbev NV and the euro.

The ADRPlus Funds Trust, Series 11 is linked to the ADSs of Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group Inc. and the yen.

The ADRPlus Funds Trust, Series 12 is linked to the ADSs of Grupo Televisa SAB and the Mexican peso.

Each trust is scheduled to terminate in about 99 years.

Fees have not yet been set.
