Symetra gets $300 million four-year facility via JPMorgan, Wells Fargo

By Susanna Moon

Chicago, Dec. 14 - Symetra Financial Corp. said it refinanced its existing loans with a $300 million four-year facility via JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA as administrative agent.

The new facility replaces the company's $200 million senior unsecured revolving credit facility with Bank of America, NA as administrative agent.

"This new arrangement provides Symetra with access to an appropriately sized source of liquidity through 2015," the company said in a press release.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC are the bookrunners and lead arrangers, with U.S. Bank, NA as an agent.

Symetra is a diversified financial services company based in Bellevue, Wash.
