Sylph buys back ¥2.65 billion, €400 million notes in 10 transactions

Minneapolis, March 12 - Sylph Ltd. repurchased ¥2.65 billion and €400 million of its notes, according to separate news releases.

Sylph made the following repurchases:

• ¥100 million of notes (ISIN: XS0556478013). Following the March 2 transaction, ¥2.15 billion remains outstanding;

• ¥450 million of notes (ISIN: XS0597573772). Following the March 3 transaction, ¥1.55 billion remains outstanding;

• ¥150 million of notes (ISIN: XS0611920934). Following the March 3 transaction, 1.35 billion remains outstanding;

• ¥400 million of notes (ISIN: XS0726634891). Following the March 5 transaction ¥300 million remains outstanding;

• ¥500 million of notes (ISIN: XS0619645095). Following the March 5 transaction, ¥1.55 billion remains outstanding;

• €400 million of notes (ISIN XS0605474831). Following the March 5 transaction, €2 billion remains outstanding;

• ¥300 million of notes (ISIN: XS0566048632). Following the March 5 transaction, ¥1.25 billion remains outstanding;

• ¥100 million of notes (ISIN: XS0656924734). Following the March 5 transaction, ¥950 million remains outstanding;

• ¥450 million of notes (ISIN: XS0660290858). Following the March 7 transaction, ¥1.05 billion remains outstanding; and

• ¥200 million of notes (ISIN: XS0578150350). Following the March 7 transaction, ¥900 million remains outstanding.
