Moody’s gives SwissRe notes A2

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned an A2 (hyb) rating to Swiss Re Finance (Luxembourg) SA’s proposed dollar-denominated perpetual fixed spread for life subordinated notes. The notes are guaranteed by Swiss Reinsurance Co. Ltd.

The notes will be guaranteed subordinated debt and rank equally with Swiss Re Finance and Swiss Reinsurance.
