Swisher amends credit facility again for more time to file 10-K, 10-Qs

Madison, Wis., Nov. 1 - Swisher Hygiene Inc. entered into a ninth amendment to its senior credit facility with Wells Fargo Bank, NA as administrative agent on Wednesday.

According to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the amendment provides the company with an extension to deliver its financial statements for the fiscal year ended Dec. 31, 2011 and the quarters ended March 31, June 30 and Sept. 30.

The company must file its financial statements before the earlier of Nov. 16 and the date on which the company delivers the statements to the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The amendment also waives any default or event of default that may exist as a result of Swisher not filing its form 10-K and form 10-Qs on time as long as the company files all of them by Nov. 16.

Swisher previously amended its facility for similar extensions and waivers of default.

The Charlotte, N.C., company is a provider of hygiene and sanitation products and services.
