Moody's rates Swire notes A2

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned an A2 rating with a stable outlook to the dollar-denominated senior unsecured notes due 2022 issued by Swire Properties MTN Financing Ltd., based on the unconditional and irrevocable guarantee of Swire Properties Ltd.

"This issuance will extend Swire Properties' debt maturity profile and further strengthen its liquidity," Moody's assistant vice president and analyst Kaven Tsang said in a news release.
