New Issue: Swire Pacific sells $300 million 3% notes due 2024 at 105 bps over Treasuries

New York, June 27 – Hong Kong’s Swire Pacific MTN Financing priced $300 million of 3% seven-year notes on Tuesday at 99.656 to yield 3.055%, a spread of 105 basis points over seven-year Treasuries, according to a syndicate source.
HSBC Securities and Morgan Stanley were bookrunners for the Regulation S deal.
Swire is a commercial, retail and residential property developer and manager.
