New York, Aug. 13 - Swire Pacific Ltd. priced a $500 million offering of 10-year senior unsecured notes (A3) at a spread of Treasuries plus 190 basis points on Wednesday, according to a market source.
The bonds priced at 99.529 with a coupon of 5½% to yield 5.56%
HSBC Securities and JPMorgan acted as bookrunners for the Regulation S-only deal.
The bonds were priced from a $3 billion program through the vehicle Swire Pacific MTN Financing Ltd.
Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
Swire Pacific is a Hong Kong-based conglomerate.
