Singapore’s Swiber buys back more 9¾% senior perpetual securities

Morgantown, W.Va., Aug. 24 – Swiber Holdings Ltd. said it repurchased an additional S$1 million of its 9¾% senior perpetual securities in the open market.

The company made similar buybacks in May, June and July, according to a press release.

The latest repurchased notes will settle on Aug. 26. Following cancellation of the repurchased notes, there will be S$75.5 million principal amount outstanding.

The Singapore-based offshore oil and gas company issued S$80 million of the 9¾% perpetual notes on Sept. 25, 2012.
