Atlanta, Aug. 2 - Singapore's Swiber Holdings Ltd. priced a S$150 million issue of 6½% notes due 2018 at par, a market source said.
DBS and Maybank Kim Eng Securities were the bookrunners for the Regulation S sukuk.
The proceeds will be used to refinance existing borrowings, for working capital and for general corporate purposes.
Swiber is a Singapore-based oil and gas company.
