S&P: Sweetwater view to negative

Standard & Poor's said it revised its outlook on Sweetwater Investors LLC's senior secured notes to negative from positive.

The agency also affirmed the BBB- issue rating on the senior secured notes.

"The BBB- senior secured rating and negative outlook reflect Sweetwater's standalone credit quality and the Anadarko Petroleum Corp. rating that caps the project rating," S&P credit analyst Michael Ferguson said in a news release.
