Sweden talks two-year dollar notes at mid-swaps plus 45 bps area

Tupelo, Miss., March 24 – The Kingdom of Sweden (Aaa/AAA/AAA) plans to price a dollar-denominated offering of notes due March 30, 2022 on Tuesday, according to a market source.

Initial price talk is in the mid-swaps plus 45 basis points area.

BMO Capital Markets Corp., Citigroup Global Markets Ltd., Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and HSBC Bank plc are the bookrunners of the Rule 144A and Regulation S transaction.
