Tupelo, Miss., June 8 – Svenska Handelsbanken AB, New York Branch priced $190 million of two-year floating-rate notes (Aa2/AA-/AA) on Thursday at Libor plus 30 basis points, according to a market source.

The firm is part of Svenska Handelsbanken AB, a Swedish bank based in Stockholm.
