Concord, N.H., June 8 – Svenska Handelsbanken AB priced $2.25 billion of notes due 2024 and 2027 on Monday, according to a market source.
A $1.25 billion tranche of 0.55% three-year notes priced at a 27 basis points spread over Treasuries. The notes had been talked to yield in the Treasuries plus 45 bps area.
A $1 billion tranche of 1.418% six-year notes priced at 63 bps over Treasuries. The notes had been talked to yield in the Treasuries plus 85 bps area.
BofA Securities, Citigroup, Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan and Morgan Stanley are the bookrunners.
The Swedish bank is based in Stockholm.
