New Issue: Goldman Sachs prices $9.9 million notes linked to MSCI EAFE for Svensk

San Diego, Aug. 16 - AB Svensk Exportkredit priced $9.9 million of 0% equity index-linked notes due Sept. 19, 2012 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Goldman Sachs & Co. is the underwriter.

If the index return is at least 90% of the initial level, the payout at maturity will be $1,117.50 per $1,000 note.

If the index falls by more than 10%, investors will lose 1.1111% for every 1% decline beyond 10%.
