New Issue: Nuveen, Merrill Lynch sell $2 million more Elements tied to MLCX Biofuels for Svensk

Tacoma, Wash., March 2 - AB Svensk Exportkredit priced an additional $2 million of 0% Elements due Feb. 13, 2023 linked to the MLCX Biofuels Index - Total Return via Nuveen Investments and Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Inc., according to a 424B3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The issuer sold $1 million of the notes at 121.137, $500,000 at 121.430 and $500,000 at 116.447.

This brings the issue size to $15 million. The company originally issued $4 million of the notes at par of $10 on Feb. 11, 2008.

The payout at maturity will be par plus the index return, less an annual investor fee of 0.75%.

The notes are putable on weekly repurchase dates. There is a minimum put requirement of $5 million of securities.

The notes are listed on the NYSE Arca under the symbol "FUE."
