Goldman Sachs to price 0% notes linked to MSCI EAFE index for Svensk

Madison, Wis., Feb. 28 - AB Svensk Exportkredit plans to price 0% equity index-linked notes tied to the MSCI EAFE index via Goldman Sachs & Co., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will have a tenor of 19 to 21 months.

If the index return is greater than or equal to negative 15%, the payout at maturity will equal the maximum redemption amount of $1,092.50 to $1.107.50 per $1,000 of notes.

If the index return is less than negative 15%, the investors will lose 1.1765% for every 1% index decline beyond 15%.

The exact deal terms will be set at pricing.
