New Issue: Goldman prices $10.45 million equity index-linked notes on S&P 500 for Svensk

New York, June 17 - AB Svensk Exportkredit priced $10.45 million of 0% equity index-linked notes due Dec. 30, 2011 linked to the S&P 500 index via Goldman, Sachs & Co., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.3 times any gain in the index, up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,331.50 per $1,000 principal amount.
Investors will be exposed to any losses.
