Goldman Sachs to price 0% notes linked to MSCI EAFE index for Svensk

Tacoma, Wash., May 26 - AB Svensk Exportkredit plans to price 14- to 16-month 0% equity index-linked notes tied to the MSCI EAFE index via Goldman, Sachs & Co., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus triple any index gain, subject to a maximum return of 19.5% to 22.5%. Investors will receive par if the index declines by 10% or less and will lose 1.1111% for every 1% that it declines beyond 10%.

The exact maturity date and maximum return will be set at pricing.
