New Issue: Goldman Sachs sells $16.19 million buffered notes on MSCI EAFE for Svensk

Chicago, Feb. 12 - AB Svensk Exportkredit priced $16.19 million buffered index-linked notes due April 25, 2011 based on the MSCI EAFE index, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Goldman, Sachs & Co. is the underwriter.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any gain on the index, up to a maximum redemption amount of $1,231 per $1,000 note.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 10% and will lose 1.1111% for every 1% decline beyond 10%.
