New Issue: Goldman Sachs prices $435,000 0% notes linked to MSCI EAFE for Svensk

Tacoma, Wash., March 3 - AB Svensk Exportkredit priced $435,000 of 0% index-linked notes due March 8, 2011 linked to the MSCI EAFE index via Goldman, Sachs & Co., according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of any index gain, subject to a maximum return of 54%. Investors will receive par if the index declines by 10% or less and will lose 1.1111% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 10%.
