New Issue: Nuveen, Merrill Lynch price $1 million additional Elements tied to MLCX Biofuels for Svensk

Tacoma, Wash., Dec. 8 - AB Svensk Exportkredit priced an additional $1 million of 0% Elements due Feb. 13, 2023 linked to the MLCX Biofuels Index - Total Return via Nuveen Investments and Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Inc., according to a 424B3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes priced at 82.170 and bring the issue size to $10 million. The company issued $4 million of notes at par on Feb. 11, 2008 and $5 million at 68.873 on March 31, 2009.

The payout at maturity will be par plus the index return, less an annual investor fee of 0.75%.

The notes are putable on weekly repurchase dates. There is a minimum put requirement of $5 million of securities.

The notes are listed on the NYSE Arca under the symbol "FUE."
