Goldman Sachs to sell 0% notes linked to S&P 500 index for Svensk

New York, Oct. 9 - AB Svensk Exportkredit plans to price 0% equity index-linked notes linked to the S&P 500 index via underwriter Goldman Sachs & Co., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will mature 24 to 28 months after issue.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 5 times any index gain, up to a maximum settlement amount of between $1,275 and $1,325. The exact cap will be set at pricing.

Investors will be exposed to any losses.

Pricing and settlement dates were not specified in the filing.
