New Issue: Lehman upsizes 0% notes linked to five Asian currencies for Svensk to $3.09 million

Chicago, Aug. 6 - AB Svensk Exportkredit priced another $450,000 of 0% notes due Aug. 9, 2010 linked to a basket of equally weighted currencies relative to the dollar via Lehman Brothers Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The add-on raises the deal size to $3.09 million. The issuer priced $2.64 million of the notes on July 31.

Underlying currencies are the Chinese renminbi, Indonesian rupiah, Malaysian ringgit, Philippine Peso and Singapore dollar.

Payout at maturity will be par plus 130% of any basket gain against the U.S. dollar. If the basket falls or remains flat against the dollar, the payout will be par.
