By Angela McDaniels

Tacoma, Wash., June 30 - AB Svensk Exportkredit plans to price Libor range accrual notes due July 2023 via Banc of America Securities LLC, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest will be payable quarterly and will equal a base rate multiplied by the proportion of days on which Libor is 7% or less. The base rate is expected to be 7.5% to 8.5% per year and will be set at pricing.

The notes will be callable at par on any interest payment date.

If the notes are not called, the payout at maturity will be par.

The notes are expected to price in early July and settle on July 7.
