Goldman to sell enhanced participation buffer notes linked to S&P 500, MSCI EAFE for Svensk

Chicago, June 6 - AB Svensk Exportkredit plans to price 0% enhanced participation buffer notes due 2009 linked to two indexes via underwriter Goldman, Sachs & Co., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The basket consists of the S&P 500 index with a 65% weight and the MSCI EAFE index with a 35% weight.

The notes are expected to mature about 54 months after issuance.

The payout at maturity will be par plus triple any gain on the index, up to a maximum return of 11.85%.

Investors will receive par for losses up to 10% and will share in losses beyond 10%.

If the index finishes below its initial level, investors will be exposed to the loss.
