Goldman Sachs to sell enhanced buffer notes linked to MSCI EAFE for Svensk

New York, June 4 - AB Svensk Exportkredit plans to price 0% enhanced participation buffer notes due 2009 linked to the MSCI EAFE index via underwriter Goldman, Sachs & Co., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are expected to mature between 16 and 18 months after issuance.

Payout at maturity will be par plus 200% any gain on the index, capped at a return of between 15% and 19%. The exact cap will be set at pricing.

Investors will receive par for losses up to 10% and will share in losses beyond 10%.
