Morgan Stanley to price principal-protected notes due 2014 linked to three indexes for Svensk

Tacoma, Wash., May 13 - AB Svensk Exportkredit plans to price zero-coupon principal-protected notes due November 2014 linked to a basket of indexes via Morgan Stanley & Co., Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The basket includes the MSCI EAFE index with a 48% weight, the S&P 500 index with a 46% weight and the MSCI Emerging Markets index with a 6% weight.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 84.5% of any basket gain. Investors will receive at least par.

The notes will price and settle in May.
