Goldman Sachs to sell notes linked to MSCI EAFE for Svensk

Chicago, Dec. 23 - AB Svensk Exportkredit plans to price 0% notes linked to the MSCI EAFE index via underwriter Goldman, Sachs & Co., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are expected to mature 24 to 26 months after issue.

Payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of any index gain, up to a maximum redemption amount of 143.5% to 152.5% of par, with the exact cap to be set at pricing.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 10% and will lose 1.1111% for every 1% loss beyond 10%.

Pricing and settlement dates were not specified in the filing.
