New Issue: Goldman Sachs sells $1.1 million add-on linked to MSCI EAFE for Svensk

Chicago, Nov. 10 - AB Svensk Exportkredit priced another $1.1 million of 0% index-linked notes due Nov. 18, 2010 linked to the MSCI EAFE index via Goldman, Sachs & Co., bringing the total issue to $24.41 million, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The issuer priced the add-on at 99.94% of par on Nov. 7. It originally priced $23.31 million of the notes on Nov. 3.

Payout at maturity will be par plus double any index gain, up to a maximum return of 41.6%. Investors will receive par if the index declines by 15% or less and will lose 1.1765% for every 1% the index declines beyond 15%.
