New Issue: Goldman Sachs prices $14.67 million notes linked to MSCI EAFE for Svensk

Tacoma, Wash., Oct. 6 - AB Svensk Exportkredit priced $14.67 million of 0% index-linked notes due April 20, 2010 linked to the MSCI EAFE index via Goldman, Sachs & Co., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 110% of any index gain, subject to a maximum return of 31.46%. Investors will receive par if the index declines by 15% or less and will lose 1.1765% for every 1% the index declines beyond 15%.
