Goldman to sell enhanced buffer notes linked to MSCI EAFE for Svensk

New York, Oct. 1 - AB Svensk Exportkredit plans to price 0% enhanced participation buffer notes due 2010 linked to the MSCI EAFE index via underwriter Goldman, Sachs & Co., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are expected to mature between 17 and 21 months after issue.

Payout at maturity will be par plus 110% of any gain on the index, capped at between 128.6% and 135.2%.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 15% and will share in losses beyond 15%.

Pricing and settlement dates were not specified in the filing.
