Goldman to sell enhanced-participation notes linked to Topix for Svensk

Des Moines, March 12 - AB Svensk Exportkredit (Swedish Export Credit Corp.) plans to price an issue of 0% enhanced-participation notes linked to the Topix index via Goldman, Sachs & Co., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are expected to have a maturity of between 18 and 19 months.

At maturity, investors will receive par plus any positive gain on the index times a participation rate that will be between 170% and 180%. The exact rate will be set at pricing.

If the index level declines, investors will receive par times the index performance.

The notes are expected to price and settle in March.
